Stephen B. Morris
Mr. Morris was raised in the United Kingdom. In 1979, At age 18, he moved to California to attend U.S.C. in Los Angeles, California, where he obtained 1982 a B.S. in Psychobiology. After graduating from U.S.C., Mr. Morris remained there for an additional semester to assist in teaching a course entitled “The Philosophy of Physics.” Mr. Morris then matriculated at The University of San Diego School of Law (USD), where he received his Juris Doctorate (JD) in 1986.
Upon receiving his JD and immediately passing the California Bar exam, Mr. Morris first worked for a business litigation firm called Sullivan, McWilliams, Lewin, and Markham, where he represented an array of companies and individuals. In 1992, Mr. Morris formed his law firm and, in 1993, partnered with R. Craig Clark to form Clark and Morris, which specialized in business litigation, sexual harassment, personal injury, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice matters.
In 1997, Mr. Morris formed Morris and Associates, now known as The Law Offices of Stephen B. Morris. Mr. Morris has practiced business litigation and sexual harassment for over 25 years in a career that now spans 36 years. He has handled hundreds of sexual harassment cases and has successfully obtained verdicts and settlements totaling millions of dollars.
Mr. Morris brings to bear his substantial litigation experience, delivered both on a professional and personal level.
